Step 3: Upon checkout, send us a copy of your prescription. If it has been more than 1 year since you did an eye test, we would recommend dropping by for an eye check at any of our two stores located at Tai Seng.

Step 4: And you're all set! Our friendly optometrists and opticians will review your purchase & we may contact you further if there's any information we need to fulfil your order.

Have your glasses faster by sending us your prescription from a certified optometrist or optician upon checkout.

Alternatively, simply indicate that you do not have a prescription upon checkout. We will send you a confirmation whatsapp to drop by our stores where our friendly optometrists and opticians will provide a FREE eye check and you will receive your glasses within the same day!

Depending on your choice of self collection or delivery, you will receive a whatsapp collection confirmation from us within 1-2 days after you have made an online purchase with us.

Delivery option

Depending on your glasses requirement, we will notify you once when your order is shipped. For local registered delivery, please allow 2-3 working days for the parcel to reach you.

Quality checks and adjustments will be done to ensure the frame fits most faces before they are packaged and shipped out. However if you require any further adjustments, feel free to drop by our stores with your glasses and our friendly opticians / optometrists will assist you!
